谷氨酰胺强化肠内营养对颅脑损伤患者的临床效果观察

目的探讨谷氨酰胺强化肠内营养制剂对颅脑损伤患者的临床效果。方法将我院64名颅脑损伤患者分为Gin强化组和常规EN组，每组34例。比较两组患者营养支持前及支持后14d营养指标及相关并发症发生情况。结果Gln强化组各项营养指标均高于常规EN组，预后好于常规EN组，感染并发症的发生均少于常规EN组。结论谷氨酰胺强化型肠内营养治疗可增强颅脑损伤患者营养治疗的效果，减少与肠内营养有关的并发症及降低颅脑损伤患者感染率和死亡率，改善患者的预后。

Clinical effect of glutamine enhanced enteral nutrition on patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To evaluate the influence of glutamine （Gln） enriched enteral nutrition （EN） on patients under severe brain injuries. Methods Sixty-four patients with severe brain injury were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and each group had 34 patients. Nutrition indicators and related complications between two groups after 14 days and changes were evaluated. Results At the end of the experiment, levels of each nutrition indicators of the experimental group were higher than the control group with significant differences. Levels of related complications of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group with significant differences. Conclusion Glutamine enriched nutrition can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with severe brain injury.
