乳腺癌组织中Survivin的表达及其与患者病理学特征和预后的关系

目的探讨乳腺癌组织中Survivin的表达及其与患者病理学特征和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测70例女性乳腺疾病蜡块标本(乳腺良性增生26例和乳腺癌44例)和15例正常女性乳腺组织中Survivin的表达,并探讨乳腺癌组织中Survivin的表达与患者年龄、组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移等病理学特征和预后的关系。结果 Survivin在正常乳腺、乳腺良性增生及乳腺癌组织中阳性率分别为0(0/15)、26.92%(7/26)和70.45%(31/44),呈逐渐上升趋势(χ2=27.25,P<0.01)。乳腺癌组织中Survivin的表达与患者的临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(χ2=6.73、7.74,P<0.01)。Survivin蛋白阳性表达组的3年生存率明显低于Survivin蛋白阴性表达组(χ2=5.81,P<0.05)。结论 Survivin表达在乳腺癌发生和发展不同阶段呈进行性上升趋势,且Survivin的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移和预后密切相关,在乳腺癌细胞的侵袭、发展、浸润和转移等活动中可起促进作用。

Expression of survivin in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with pathological feature and prognosis of patients

Objective To discuss expression of survivin in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with pathological feature and prognosis of patients. Methods The expression of survivin in paraffin block specimens of 70 cases of women with breast diseases （26 cases of benign breast hyperplasia and 44 cases of breast cancer） and normal breast tissues of 15 cases of healthy women by immunohistochemical S-P method. The relationship of the expression of survivin in breast cancer with pathological feature such like ages of patients, histological grade, clinical stages, lymphatic metastasis and prognosis were explored. Results The positive rates of survivin in normal breast, benign breast hyperplasia and breast cancer tissues were 0（0/15）, 26.92%（7/26） and 70.45%（31/44） respectively, with gradually rising trend （X2=27.25, P 〈 0.01）. The expression of survivin in breast cancer tissues had relationship with clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis （X2=6.73,5.04, P 〈 0.05）. The 3 years＇ survival rate in survivin positive expression group was much lower than that in survivin negative expression group （X2=5.40, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of survivin shows rising trend in the different stages of the occurrence and development of breast cancer, and the expression of survivin has relationship with clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis and prognosis, which shows the auxo-action in the activities of infestation, development, infiltration, transfer and etc of breast cancer cells.
