电子阴道镜在宫颈疾病诊断中的临床价值

目的探讨电子阴道镜在宫颈疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2012年2月~2013年2月我院诊治的248例宫颈疾病患者,分别行电子阴道镜检查和病理组织学检查。结果本组248例以宫颈糜烂患病率最高(71.8%),明显高于其他宫颈疾病,P均<0.01;电子阴道镜诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度、特异度及符合率均达到100%,宫颈糜烂的漏诊率较高,为2.7%。结论电子阴道镜检查对宫颈疾病敏感度、特异度、符合率均高,尤其对于早期诊断宫颈癌具有重要临床价值。注意对宫颈糜烂的病理组织学检查,以防漏诊。

Clinical analysis of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical disease

Objective To investigate the clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical disease. Methods From February 2012 to February 2013, 248 cases of cervical disease patients selected in our hospital were performed electronic colposcopy and histopathology. Results The group of 248 cases of cervical erosion highest prevalence （71.8%）, was significantly higher than other cervical disease, the difference was different （P 〈 0.01）; sensitivity, specificity and meet rate of colposcopy diagnosis of cervical cancer were 100%, misdiagnosis rate of cervical erosion was higher, at 2.7%. Conclusion Electronic colposeopy for cervical disease sensitivity, specificity, in line with rates high, especially with important clinical value for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer. Attention to cervical erosion histopathological examination, to prevent misdiagnosis.
