脑侧支循环的研究进展

脑侧支循环与急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复及预后密切相关,急性脑梗死具有高发病率、高死亡率和高致残率,梗死部位可以通过侧支循环来促进血流恢复或血管再通,从而改善或恢复神经功能缺损症状,因而如何促进脑侧支循环形成一直是研究热点。本综述主要阐述了脑侧支循环的定义及分级、影响因素、评估手段、临床应用等各方面,从而为急性脑梗死患者侧支循环的干预治疗提供指导。

Study progress of cerebral collateral circulation

Cerebral collateral circulation is highly related with the recovery and prognosis of neurologic function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(CI).Acute CI has high morbidity,high mortality and high disability rate.Blood flow recovery or vascular recanalization in infarction site can be promoted through collateral circulation so as to improve or recover the symptoms of neurologic impairment.Thus,it has been a hot issue that how to promote the formation of cerebral collateral circulation.This review mainly included the definition and grading,influential factors,evaluation methods and clinical application of cerebral collateral circulation in order to provide guidance for the intervention of collateral circulation in patients with acute CI.
