舒适护理模式用于手术室护理的临床效果观察

目的探讨在手术室护理中应用舒适护理模式的效果。方法将2016年5月2日~2017年5月2日在本院接受手术治疗的140例患者随机分为两组,对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组实施舒适护理方法,各70例。对两组患者入室前后的心理状态和生命指标进行比较分析。结果观察组患者入室后的焦虑得分(41.36±2.01分)、抑郁得分(40.52±1.59分)明显优于入室前及对照组入室后(P0.05);入室后,观察组各项生命指标未发生明显变化(P0.05),而对照组患者的心率、血压水平均明显升高,高于入室前且高于观察组入室后(P0.05)。结论在手术室护理中引入舒适护理模式效果可靠。

Clinical effect observation of comfortable nursing mode applied in operating room nursing

Objective To explore the effect of applying comfortable nursing mode in operating room nursing.Methods 140 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2,2016 to May 2,2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=70)was given routine nursing care and the observation group(n=70)was given comfortable nursing intervention.The psychological status and life indicators between the two groups before and after entering the operating room were compared.Results The anxiety score(41.36±2.01)points and depression score(40.52±1.59)points in the observation group after entering the operating room was significantly better than that before entering the operating room and that of the control group after entering the operating room(P<0.05).After entering the room,the life indexes of the observation group did not change significantly(P>0.05).While the heart rate and blood pressure level of the control group was significantly increased,higher than that before entering the operating room and than that of the observation group after entering the operating room(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of comfortable nursing mode in operating room nursing has reliable effect.
