| 摘 要： | 目的观察生精汤对雌激素依赖性乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的影响，揭示生精汤的雌激素活性。方法选用乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株，应用细胞增殖实验（E—SCREEN法）来检测生精汤的雌激素作用。实验可分为空白对照组与雌激素对照组（己烯雌酚，30tzg／mL）和生精汤低、中、高剂量组（分别为500、800、1000μg／mL），观察给药前后的细胞形态学变化，并运用四唑盐比色法（MTT法）测定乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖率。结果生精汤高、中、低剂量组均可明显提高乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖率，并呈现一定的量效关系。结论生精汤能显著提高乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖率，即具有明显的雌激素样作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the estrogenic activity of Shengjing decoction. Methods The MCF-7 human breast cancer was applied to observe proliferation rate by different concentrations of Shengjing decoction, and the prolifera- tion rate of cells was detected by MTT. It was divided into 5 groups： control group, estrogen group （diethylstilbestrol, 30 μg/mL） and Shengjing Decoction groups with low, medium and high dosage （500,800, 1000 ptg/mL）. Results Shengjing decoction could significantly increase the proliferation rate of MCF-7 human breast cancer dose-depen- dently. And the proliferation rate of Shengjing decoction group with high dosage was similar to that of estrogen group. Conclusion Shengjing decoction could increased breast cancer MCF-7 cell＇s proliferation effectively. |
