锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折

目的评价锁定钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法本组采用锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折16例，年龄58—87岁，平均随访6个月（5—12个月）。结果术后无伤口感染，无骨折不愈合或骨折延迟愈合等并发症，骨折愈合时间为术后1．5～3个月，平均2个月，按照Constant评分标准，肩关节功能优12例，良2例，可1例，差1例，优良率87．5％。结论锁定钢板内固定对老年肱骨近端骨折固定牢靠，保护血供，有利于骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复，疗效满意，是理想的治疗方法。

Study of Locking Proximal Humerus Plate in Treatment of the Fracture of the Proximal Humerus in Old Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical result of locking proximal humerus plate （LPHP）in treatment of proximal humeral fracture in old patients. Methods 16 patients of proximal humeral fracture were treated with open reduction, internal fixation with LPHP. The average age of patients was 69 years old （from 58 to 87 years old）. Results 16 cases were fellowed up for 6 months on the average. The mean time for bony union was 2 months （1.5- 3 months）. According to the Constant Score, the average for all factures was 82（45 - 95）. The clinical evaluation was excellent in 12 cases, good in 2 cases, and improved in 1 case, fair in 1case. The excellent and good rate was 87.5%. Conclusion LPHP internal fixation for the treatment of proximal humeral fracture can led to stable fixation and limited damage to soft tissues or blood supply so that it facilitates repair of fracture and early rehabilitation.
