基质金属蛋白酶-7及其组织抑制物-1与胎膜早破的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶-7及其组织抑制物与胎膜早破的关系.方法 将40例孕产妇随机分为胎膜早破组20例(其中未足月PROM产妇10例,足月产PROM10例)与对照组20例(为足月临床胎膜完整产妇),取上述孕产妇胎膜组织,采用免疫组化的方法检测胎膜中基质金属蛋白酶-7及其组织抑制物-1的浓度.结果 胎膜早破组胎膜中基质金属蛋白酶-7的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01),其组织抑制物-1的表达明显低于对照组(P<0.05),基质金属蛋白酶-7与其组织抑制物呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 基质金属蛋白酶-7及其组织抑制物可能与胎膜早破有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) and the tissue in- hibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1 ) during premature rupture of membranes at term in humans (PROM). Methods Subjects were devided into two groups: 20 women with premature rupture "of membranes (Term PROM n=10 and Preterm PROM n=10), 20 non-PROM pregnancies were recruited as control group.The expression of MMP-7 and TIMP were immunohistochemically demonstrated in fetal membranes. Results in PROM group MMP-7 expression in mem- brane were apparently higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01 ), In PROM group TIMP-1 expression in mem- brane were apparently lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05),There was a negative correlation between MMP- 7 and TIMP-1 (P〈0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of PROM is closely related to the imbalance between MMP-7 and TIMP-1.
