玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在牙体缺损修复中的疗效比较

目的比较玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在牙体缺损修复中的疗效。方法选择2011年6月～2012年6月我院口腔科收治的46例牙体缺损患者为研究对象,共80颗牙。将符合本研究纳入标准和排除标准的患者按照牙齿数分为观察组（玻璃纤维桩）和对照组（铸造金属桩）各40颗牙,比较两组治疗的成功率及失败情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的成功率达95.0%,明显高于对照组（75.0%）,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组2颗牙出现松动,无一颗牙出现龈缘黑线、根尖折断的情况。对照组4颗牙出现松动,3颗牙出现龈缘黑线,3颗牙出现根尖折断。结论玻璃纤维桩在牙体缺损修复中的疗效优于铸造金属桩,其具有操作简单、成功率高等优点,值得临床推广。

The efficacy of glass fiber post and cast metal post in the repair of dental defects

Objective To compare the efficacy of glass fiber post and cast metal post in tooth defect repair.Methods From June 2011 to June 2012 for the study,in my hospital dentistry received 46 cases of patients with dental defects（80 teeth）.Would be consistent with the study inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into observation group（glass fibers piles） and control group（cast metal post） in accordance with the tooth number of 40 teeth each were compared treatment success rate and failure.Results Observation group patients after treatment success rate of 95.0%,was significantly higher than the success rate（75.0%）,difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）,the observation group 2 teeth to loosen,without a black line of apical broken teeth appear gingival margin.Con trol group 4 teeth loose teeth gingival margin black line teeth apical broken.Conclusion The efficacy of the glass fiber post in the tooth defect repair is better than cast metal post,its simple operation,high success rate,etc.,worthy of promotion.
