四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效观察

目的观察四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法选择2011年1月～2012年1月本院收治幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡60例,应用四联疗法治疗,设为观察组;另选择同期应用三联疗法治疗的60例幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者,设为对照组,比较两组治疗4周后的疗效及幽门螺杆菌的根除率。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率93.3%,高于对照组总有效率70.00%,观察组的幽门螺杆菌根除率达90.0%,高于对照组幽门螺杆菌根除率78.00%（P〈0.05）。结论以PPI为主的四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡Hp根除率高、疗效确切,不良反应小、患者耐受性好,值得推广和应用。

Effect of quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.Methods From January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital,60 patients of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer were given quadruple therapy treatment,as the observation group,and selected the same period in the application of triple therapy treatment of 60 patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer patients,as control group,the treatment efficacy and helicobacter pylori eradication rate were compared after four weeks between the two groups.Results After treatment 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,higher than the control group ’s total efficiency of 70.00%.Hpylori eradication rate of the therapy treatment group was 90.0%,higher than helicobacter pylori eradication rate of control group（78.00%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion PPI-based quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer Hp eradication rate,efficacy,adverse reactions,patient tolerance,worthy of promotion and application.
