血清Cys-C在糖尿病肾功能损伤中的诊断价值

目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（Cys—C）在糖尿病肾功能损伤中的诊断价值。方法根据尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）将70例糖尿病患者分为三组，即B组、C组、D组，与健康对照组A组同时测定血清尿素氮（nUN）、肌酐（Crea）及Cys—C水平，并进行对比分析。结果血清Cys—C水平D组与A、B、C组比较，q值分别为5．2113、3．9955、3．3661，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；BUN、Crea水平D组明显高于其他组。与A组比较q值为12．2079、41．0573；与B组比较q值为8．7614、29．6173；与C组比较q值为8．7696、31．2279，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），但B、C组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05，q值分别为1．2993、1．8647）。D组中的阳性检出率为BUN（95．7％）、Crea（100％）、Cys—C（100％），c组的阳性检出率为Cys—C（92．9％）〉Crea（39．3％）〉BUN（32．1％）。结论血清Cys—C可作为糖尿病患者早期肾功能损伤的良好监测指标之一。

The Value of Blood Serum in Diagnosing The Damage to The Kidneys' Function in Diabetes

Objective To investigate the value of blood serum Cys-C in diagnosing the damage to the kidneys＇ function in diabetes. Methods According to the UAER,70cases of diabetes patients were divided into three groups,namely group B,group C,group D. Surveyed the level of BUN, Crea and Cys-C of these three groups and analyzed, simultaneously compared with the group A, which is made up of 60 healthy people. Results Level of Cys-C of group D compared with group A, B and C, the q result of is 5.2113,3.9955,3.3661, With a significant difference on average（P〈0.05）. Level of BUN and Crea of group D is obviously higher than other groups. Compared with group A,the q result is 12.2079, 41.0573;Compared with group B,the q result is 8.7614,29.6173;Compared with group C,the q result is 8.7696,31.2289. With a significant difference on average（P〈 0.05 ）. But the difference between group B and C has no significance in statistics, the q result is 1.2993,1.8647,P〉 0.05. The percentage of being diagnosed masculine of group D is BUN （95.7%）, Crea （ 100% ）, Cys-C （ 100% ）. And the percentage of being diagnosed masculine of group C is Cys-C（92.9% ） 〉Crea（39.3% ） 〉BUN（32.1% ）. Conclusion Blood serum Cys-C can be considered as one of the good targets in examining the early damage to the kidneys＇ function for the people that are sick with diabetes.
