快速康复外科在大肠癌手术中的应用体会

目的评价快速康复外科应用于大肠癌手术的临床可行性。方法选取符合选择标准的大肠癌患者施行围手术期快速康复外科治疗模式,观察手术特征数据、近期疗效、安全性并作统计分析。结果 FTS组与对照组相比,首次下床活动时间提前,术后首次排气时间显著提前,术后首次排便时间提前,术后首次进流食时间提前,术后住院天数显著缩短,术后并发症两组比较无明显差异。结论 FTS可有效促进大肠癌手术患者术后康复,减轻患者痛苦,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用且不会增加手术并发症的发生率,有较大的临床应用价值。

Clinical application of fast track surgery to colorectal cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility of surgical operation for colorectal cancer rapid rehabilitation. Methods To select patients with colorectal cancer meeting the selection criteria in peri-operation period to implement the fast track surgery operation mode, to observe the data of operative characteristics, the curative effect in the near future and its safety, and make statistical analysis. Results In comparison with the control group, for cases with FTS there was an ad- vance of first ambulation time, an obvious advance of the first exhaust time, an advance of the first defecation time, an advance of the first time for the liquid diet, and postoperative stay in hospital was significantly shortened. There were no differences between the two groups in terms of postoperative complications. Conclusion FI＇S can be used to promote effec- tively postoperative rehabilitation of Patients with colorectal cancer, relieve their pain, shorten their hospital stay, and reduce the hospital expenses, without any increase of the incidence of complications. Thus it is of great value of clinical application.
