摘 要: | 目的探讨高通量血液透析联合超纯透析液对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法选取60例维持性常规低通量血液透析患者,随机分为高通量组和低通量组各30例,高通量组采用聚砜膜高通量透析器联合超纯透析液,低通量组为纤维素膜低通量透析器及常规透析液,均治疗1年。试验0个月(作为基线)、6个月、12个月分别采透析前血样测定高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(HGB)、B:微球蛋白(β2-MG)。结果高通量组治疗12个月后hsCRP、β2-MG水平明显下降(P〈0.05),ALB、HGB明显升高(P〈0.05),低通量组hsCRP、β2-MG、ALB、HGB无明显变化。结论高通量透析联合超纯透析液可以减轻维持性血液透析患者的微炎症状态,长期应用可能改善营养不良和贫血。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of high-flux hemodialysis with ultrapure dialysate on microinflammation state in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients were randomly assigned,including 30 high-flux dialysis group patients and 30 low-flux hemodialysis group patients.They were used low-flux dialyzer and common dialysate before the trial.During the 12-month study period,high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP),serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB) and β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) levels were detected every 6 months.Results In the high-flux group the plasma hsCRP and β2-MG significantly decreased,ALB and HGB obviously increased(P < 0.05).In the low-flux group these parameters had no obvious changes.Conclusion Our study demonstrates that high-flux hemodialysis with ultrapure dialysate could efficiently decrease hsCRP,lighten microinflammation state of maintenance hemodialysis patients and improve malnutrition and anemia. |
