微种植支抗在安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错[牙合]上齿槽垂直向过度发育矫治中的应用

目的微种植体支抗在成人安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合]上齿槽前部垂直向过度发育矫治中的应用。方法收集成人安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合]上齿槽前部垂直向过度发育者32例。用微种植支抗结合MBT矫正器进行矫正，观察矫治前后硬组织、软组织、模型指标的变化，并进行统计分析。结果矫正后前牙明显压低、内收、牙冠变短，覆颌和覆盖明显改善，软组织指标Stoms—U1、ULP、LLP、露龈宽度明显变小，U1／PP角、鼻唇角、Z角明显增大，与治疗前比较差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01），而磨牙无明显移位（P〉0．05）。结论微种植支抗能有效压低前牙，阻止前牙飘移，矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合]上齿槽前部垂直向过度发育效果显著。

Application of the microimplant treatment for Angle’s Class Ⅱ Division Ⅰ Malocclusion with the vertical macroplasia of anterior of superior alveoli

Objective To explore the application of the microimplant treatment for adult Angle’s Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion with the vertical macroplasia of anterior of superior alveoli.Methods All of 32 patients of Adult Angle Class Ⅱ Division Ⅰ Malocclusion with the vertical macroplasia of anterior of superior alveoli.Then we treated them with micro-implant anchorage combined with MBT appliance.We observed the change of sclerous tissues,parenchyma and model index before and after the treatment,and processed the statistical analysis based on that.Results After the treatment,the anterior teeth had been depressed and retracted,corona dentis had been shorten.The condition of overbite and over jet had been improved.Parenchyma index toms-U1,ULP,LLP and width of gingival smile line had obviously decreased.U1/PP angel,nasolabial angle,Z angel had evidently increased.There is evident difference compare with the situation before the treatment(P < 0.01),and there was no significant move of the molars(P > 0.05).Conclusion Microimplant anchorage can effectively depress and prevent the anterior teeth from moving forward.Adult Angel’s Class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion with the vertical macroplasia of anterior of superior alveoli cases can be treated effectively by Micro-implant anchorage.
