舒适护理对急性胰腺炎胃肠减压患者的康复效果

目的探讨舒适护理对急性胰腺炎胃肠减压患者的康复效果。方法将60例急性胰腺炎胃肠减压患者随机分为护理组与对照组。对照组实施常规护理，护理组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理，记录并对比两组患者疼痛持续时间、住院天数、满意度与舒适度。结果护理组30例AP患者的舒适度得分：低度13．3％，中度56．6％．高度30．0％；对照组AP患者的舒适度得分：低度70．0％，中度26．6％，高度3．3％。护理组患者舒适度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；护理组满意度为96．6％，疼痛时间为（3．1±0．5）d，住院天数为（16±5．2）d。对照组满意度为73．3％，疼痛时间为（4．5±0．7）d，住院天数为（23±6．0）d。护理组满意度高于对照组，疼痛时间和住院天数均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理对急性胰腺炎胃肠减压患者的康复效果令人满意，推荐应用。

The efficiency of rehabilitation through the comfort care to the patients with acute pancreatitis receiving gastrointestinal decompression

Objective To investigate the efficiency of rehabilitation through the comfort care to the patients with acute pancreatitis receiving gastrointestinal decompression.Methods Sixty patients with acute pancreatitis receiving gastrointestinal decompression were randomly divided into to the nursing group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing.The nursing group was applied comfort care on the basis of routine nursing.The pain duration,hospital stay,satisfaction and comfort of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The comfort of 30 AP patients in the nursing group scored 13.3% at low level,56.6% at moderate level,30.0% at high level.The comfort of 30 AP patients in the control group scored 70.0% at low level,26.6% at moderate level,3.3% at high level.The comfort of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the nursing group,the satisfaction scored 96.6%,pain duration scored(3.5±1.2) days,and hospital stay scored(16±5.2) days.Those of the control group was 73.3%,(4.5±0.7)days,and(23±6.0) days.The satisfaction of the nursing group was higher than that of the control group.The pain duration and hospital stay were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The efficiencies of rehabilitation through the comfort care to the patients with acute pancreatitis receiving gastrointestinal decompression are satisfied.It is recommended to be popularized.
