子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞（UAE）治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法采用Seldinger技术插管对49例子宫肌瘤病人进行超选性子宫肌瘤动脉栓塞。通过动脉导管推入聚乙烯醇（PVA）微粒加明胶海绵，阻断肌瘤血供。结果双侧子宫动脉肌瘤栓塞术后12个月随访结果表明：肌瘤比治疗前明显缩小，临床症状改善，2例闭经。栓塞成功率100％，有效率93．9％。结论选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种创伤小、安全系数高、临床效果明显的微创治疗方法，值得临床推广。

Uterine Arterial Embolization for Uterine Myoma:Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effect

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of uterine arterial embolization （UAE） on uterine myoma. Methods We used the Seldinger techniques to insert the tubes and carried out the ultra-selective UAE in 49 cases of uterine myoma. We blocked the blood supply of uterine myoma by pushing polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） and gelatinum sponge （GS） into patient＇s arterial duct. Results After the bilateral uterine arterial emholization, the 12 month follow-up showed the size of myoma was reduced markedly, their clinical symptoms were improved, and 2 cases were amenorrhoea. The embolism success rate was 100% and the therapeutic efficiency was 93.9%. Conclusion The selective Uterine arterial embolization is a less invasive, safe and effective method to treat uterine myoma, worthy of being widely used clinically.
