小儿变应性鼻炎粉尘螨检测与脱敏治疗

目的观察与探讨小儿变应性鼻炎粉尘螨检测与脱敏治疗。方法本文选择了112例变应性鼻炎患儿，依照变应原的种类将其分成观察组70例与对照组42例。观察组仅对粉尘螨或是屋尘螨有过敏反应，对照组对尘螨及其他变应原均有过敏反应：所有患儿均通过标准化粉尘螨滴剂这种方式进行1年的舌下特异性免疫方法治疗（SLIT）并做好粉尘螨皮试检测。观察治疗前后两组患儿的症状评分与药物评分以及两组的治疗效果差异。结果所有患儿均完成治疗，治疗前后两组患儿在症状评分方面均得到了显著改善，在药物评分方面，两组患儿在治疗前后也得到了显著改善，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论将标准化粉尘螨滴剂放置舌下进行含服能够用于对尘螨合并有多种变应原合并症的变应性鼻炎的治疗，效果良好。

Pediatric allergic rhinitis dust mite detection and desensitization treatment

Results All of them were complete treatment, the two groups before and after treatment in children with symptoms score were significantly improved, in drug score, two groups of patients before and after treatment in also significantly im proved, two in the qol, compare a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, less between groups with statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Will be standardized dust mite drops placed under tongue with clothing can be used to dust mites merger has a variety of allergens of allergic rhinitis complications, the treatment effect is good.
