ICU导管相关性感染危险因素分析及对策

目的探讨与ICU导管相关的感染性疾病的危险因素及相应的处置方法。方法收集我院2010年1月～2011年1月ICU收治的导管留置的患者371例的病例资料，将发生感染的216例作为研究组，另155例未发生感染的作为对照组，对两组的病例资料进行分析，寻找ICU导管相关的感染性疾病发生的危险因素。并根据216例的治疗结果寻找有效的应对方法。结果置管时间过长、原发疾病的种类、置管的方式是导致感染发生的主要原因。通过严密的监测及积极的治疗后，所有患者的感染均得到治愈，后转其他科室继续治疗。结论导致ICU导管发生感染的主要原因与导管留置时问过长、原发疾病、置管方式有关，严密的监测及观察、积极的治疗是提高IGU患者救治率、降低死亡率的关键。

Analysis of ICU catheter-related hazardously infectious factors and their countermeasures

Objective To explore the hazardously infectious factors related to ICU catheter and appropriate corre- sponding disposal methods. Methods The clinical data of 371 cases of patients hospitalized in our hospital between January 2010 and January in 2011 were collected. The 216 infectious cases were taken as research group and 155 cases of non-infection as control group. A comparative study was carried out on the data of the two groups, aiming at seeking the hazardous factors related to diseases caused by ICU catheter infection and looking for effective treatment based on the results of 216 cases. Results A longer period of using catheters, the way in which catheters are placed and the primary types of diseases are the main causes for infection. All the patients were cured of their infections after strict monitoring and active treatment, and then the patients were transmitted to other departments for afterward treat- ment. Conclusion The main causes for infection of ICU catheters are a longer period of using catheters, the way in which catheters are placed and the primary types of diseases. Strict monitoring and observation and active treatment are the key to improving the treatment of ICU patients and the reduction of mortality.
