摘    要:目的探讨尼莫地平改善痴呆大鼠模型学习记忆能力的机制。方法随机将30只大鼠分为三组,空白对照组不作处理,模型组和尼莫地平组用AB25~35脑海马注射造模,尼莫地平组给予尼莫地平干预。2周后进行迷宫实验,比较各组大鼠行为上的差异。3周后脑组织NO检测,进行组间比较。结果尼莫地平组学习记忆能力优于模型组,三组脑组织NO含量,经方差分析有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论尼莫地平能改善痴呆大鼠模型的学习和记忆能力,这种改善可能与维持Ca^2+稳态、保护脑组织、减少NO等神经毒损害有关。

Effect of Nimodipine on AD Rat Brain Tissue NO

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of whether nimodipine can improve learning and memory in dementia rat model. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group with no treatment, the model group and nimodipine group. The dementia rat model was established by injection of brain hippocampus A β 25 - 35, and the nimodipine group was given nimodipine intervention. The maze test was carried out after two weeks and the comparison was made of the differences in rat behavior of the three groups. The brain tissue NO content was detected after three weeks and the comparison was made in the three groups. Results Both learning and memory of the nimodipine group were better than those of the model group. The NO content in the brain tissue of the three groups was detected, and the analysis of variance showed a significant difference(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Nimodipine can improve learning and memory of dementia rat,which may be related to the maintenance of Ca^2+ homeostasis and protection of brain tissue, such as reduction of NO neurotoxicity damage.
