高压氧治疗股骨头坏死的疗效观察

目的探讨高压氧治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法我院1999年11月～2012年7月门诊及住院临床确诊为股骨头坏死的82例患者，随机分为两组，对照组41例采用常规治疗，治疗组41例在对照组临床常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗，高压氧治疗压力0．22MPa，每天1次，10次为一个疗程，共治疗3～8个疗程，然后比较两组疗效。结果高压氧治疗组的有效率为87．8％，对照组的有效率为65．8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；高压氧治疗组对I、Ⅱ期髋的疗效和对照组相比差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01），两组在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期髋的疗效比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论应用高压氧治疗股骨头坏死能减少致残率，提高生活质量，并建议早期应用，对治疗要有信心，疗程要足够。

The curative effect observation of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on avascular necrosis of femoral head

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） treatment on avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods Eighty-two patients from November 1999 to July 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in the control group with routine treatment and 41 cases in the treatment group with hyperbaric oxygen treatment. There were no significant differences in age, gender, etiology, course of illness（P 〉 0.05）.The treatment group was treated with HBO, 0：22 MPa once a day, 3 to 8 courses of treatments. Then the curative effect was compared. Results The effectiveness rate of the HBO group was 87.8% ,while that of the control group was 65.8% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The hip efficacy of stage I and stage 11 of the HBO group compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01 ）. The hip efficacy of Stage Ill and Stage IV of the two groups was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on avascular necrosis of the femoral head can reduce disability rate and improve the quality of life. Be confident to the treatment, the period should be fullv fufilled.
