| 摘 要： | 目的探讨菌阴肺结核的MSCT征象特点。方法选择68例菌阴肺结核患者与同期47例菌阳肺结核患者，比较其病变在MSCT上的表现形式的差异。结果菌阴肺结核实变征和空洞征的发生率（47．06％，26．47％）低于菌阳肺结核的发生率（68．09％，74．47％）（P〈0．05）；菌阴肺结核多发空洞出现率（22．22％）低于菌阳组（77．14％），同时伴有树芽征的出现率（27．78％）低于菌阳组（80．0％）（P〈0．05）。结论菌阴肺结核的CT征象有其特殊性，熟悉这些特征有利于提高菌阴肺结核的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the CT signs of sputum smear-negative PTB （SNPTB）. Methods The CT signs of sixty-eight SNPTB patients were compared with 47 patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis （SPPTB）. Re- sults The incidence rate of consolidation and cavitations （47.06% and 26.47%） with SNPTB group were lower than those of sputum smear-negative group （68.09% and 74.47%） （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of multiple-cavitations （22.22%） with SNPTB group were lower than that of SPPTB group （77.14%） （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of cavita- tions following tree-in bud sign with SNPTB group （27.78%） were lower than that of SPPTB group （80.00%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The CT signs of SNPTB are special. To be familiar with those differences could improve the diagnosis ability of SNPTB. |
