三七粉对脑梗死血瘀证二级预防的临床观察

目的 探讨三七粉对脑梗死血瘀证患者二级预防的临床疗效。方法 收集2017年7月～2019年1月在景德镇市中医医院确诊为恢复期脑梗死患者100例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组予阿司匹林肠溶片干预,试验组予三七粉联合阿司匹林干预。观察两组临床疗效、NIHSS评分、改良的Barthel指数、改良Rankin量表评级、脑血管意外事件发生率及不良反应。结果 试验组的有效率为96%,对照组的有效率为84%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。在干预2个月及半年后,两组在NIHSS评分、改良的Barthel指数方面,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。在改良Rankin量表评级方面,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组在脑血管意外事件发生率及不良反应方面,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 在血瘀证脑梗死患者中,三七粉联合阿司匹林的疗效优于单用阿司匹林的疗效,能有效改善临床症状和促进病情恢复,提高患者生活质量。并且联合用药其不良反应并未增加,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of notoginseng powder on secondary prevention of cerebral infarction with blood stasis syndrome

Objective To explore clinical effect of notoginseng powder on secondary prevention of cerebral infarction with blood stasis syndrome.Methods One hundred patients with convalescent cerebral infarction diagnosed in Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2017 to January 2019 were collected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets intervention,while the observation group was given notoginseng powder combined with aspirin intervention.Clinical efficacy,NIHSS scores,modified Barthel indexes,modified Rankin scale ratings,incidences of cerebrovascular accidents and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rates were 96% in the observation group and 84% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months and half a year of intervention,the differences in NIHSS scores and modified Barthel indexes between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences between the two groups in the incidences of cerebrovascular accidents and adverse reactions were observed(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with cerebral infarction with blood stasis syndrome,the curative effect of notoginseng powder combined with aspirin is better than that of aspirin alone,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,promote disease recovery and enhance patients'' life quality.Moreover,the adverse reactions of the drug combination do not increase,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
