补肾活血祛痰方在女性生殖障碍中的应用及对HAMD的影响

目的 探讨补肾活血祛痰方在女性生殖障碍中的应用及对HAMD的影响。方法 选取2018年5月～2019年8月在我院接受生殖障碍治疗的女性患者98例为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组49例,对照组应用常规治疗,研究组应用补肾活血祛痰方治疗,对比两组患者在治疗后的效果及HAMD的影响。结果研究组患者治疗后PRL、T、LH以及FSH各项性激素改善的水平均优于对照组(P0.05)。研究组患者治疗后受孕率高于对照组(P0.05)。研究组患者治疗后各个时段HAMD评分改善均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论 女性生殖障碍的治疗过程当中,补肾活血祛痰方的治疗取得了理想的效果,临床应当进一步推广应用。

Application of Bushenhuoxuequtan decoction in female reproductive disorders and its effect on HAMD

Objective To investigate the application of Bushenhuoxuequtan decoction in female reproductive disorders and its effect on hamilton depressive scale(HAMD).Methods 98 female patients who received reproductive disorders treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects and were divided into the control group and the study group by using random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the study group was treated with Bushenhuoxuequtan decoction.The clinical efficacy and its effects on HAMD were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement levels of prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of HAMD scores of patients in all periods after treatment in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of female reproductive disorders,Bushenhuoxuequtan decoction can achieve ideal results,and it should be further promoted and applied clinically.
