病房环境降噪综合干预对新生儿睡眠质量、生理机能的影响分析
摘    要:目的 分析病房环境降噪综合干预对新生儿睡眠质量、生理机能等的影响。方法 选择本院新生儿科2019年1~12月收治的200例新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组100例,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用病房环境降噪综合干预,对比两组新生儿干预前后的心率、呼吸频率、睡眠质量良好率及家属对护理工作的总满意率。结果 干预前,两组患者新生儿心率、呼吸频率对比均无显著差异(P0.05),干预后,研究组新生儿心率、呼吸频率均显著低于对照组,研究组新生儿睡眠质量良好率、家属对护理工作的总满意率均显著高于对照组,两组对比具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对新生儿施行病房环境降噪综合干预,不仅能有效提高其睡眠质量,还能改善其生理机能,从而能提高家属对护理工作的满意度。

Analysis on the effect of comprehensive intervention of noise reduction in ward environment on the sleep quality and physiological function of newborns
Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive intervention of noise reduction in ward environment on the quality of sleep and physiological function of newborns. Methods 200 newborns who were admitted to the Department of Neonatology in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were assigned into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given a comprehensive intervention to reduce noise in the ward environment. The heart rate, respiratory rate, good rate of sleep quality and the overall satisfaction rate of family members with the nursing work were compared between the two groups of newborns before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the heart rate and respiration rate between the two groups of newborns(P>0.05). After intervention, the heart rate and respiration rate of the newborns in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The good rate of sleep quality of newborns and the total satisfaction rate of family members with the nursing work in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive interventions to reduce noise in the ward environment for newborns can not only effectively improve their sleep quality, but also improve their physiological functions, thereby improving the satisfaction of their family members with the nursing work.
