两种桩核系统修复残冠残根的应用比较

目的比较DT Light-post纤维桩核与铸造合金桩核修复残冠残根的临床效果。方法随机选取20～60岁的66例患者共90个残冠残根进行修复，其中42个牙制作DT Light-post纤维桩核，48个牙制作铸造合金桩核，桩核完成后均行烤瓷熔附金属全冠修复。结果经过0．5～2年的随访观察，DT Light-post纤维桩核组出现1个牙修复体松动脱落，成功率为97．50％；铸造合金桩核组出现3个牙根折，1个牙修复体松动脱落，6个牙龈缘出现暗灰色色素沉着，成功率为78．78％。结论DT Light-post纤维桩核较传统的铸造合金桩核修复残冠残根具有更好的临床效果。

Comparison of Two Types of Post Core Applied in the Restoration for Residual Crown or Root

Objective To compare the clinical effect between DT light-post core and metal cast post core applied in the restoration for residual crown or root.
