过敏性紫癜患儿血清过敏原特异性IgE的检测及临床意义

目的探讨过敏性紫癜患儿血清过敏原特异性IgE检测的临床意义。方法采用德国敏筛过敏原定量检测系统，检测150例过敏性紫癜患儿的血清过敏原特异性IgE和总IgE水平。结果150例患儿的血清总IgE阳性率为92％，其中食物性过敏原特异性IgE阳性率明显高于吸入性过敏原特异性IgE阳性率。吸入性过敏原中尘粉螨阳性率最高，食物性过敏原中虾蟹阳性率最高。结论过敏性紫癜的发生与多种过敏原有一定的相关性，并且以食物性过敏原触发为主，血清过敏原特异性IgE检测对过敏性紫癜的病因诊断和预防有参考意义。

Detection and Clinical Significance of Specific IgE of Children with Anaphylactoid Purpura

Objective To study the clinical significance of allergen-specific IgE detection of anaphylactoid purpura in children. Methods The German sensitive quantitative detection of allergen screening system to detect 150 cases of anaphylactoid purpura in children with serum allergen-specific IgE and total IgE levels. Results One hundred fifty patients with serum total IgE in children with positive rate was 92% ,of which food allergen-specific IgE-positive rate than inhaled allergen-specific IgE-positive rate was significantly higher. Inhalant allergens in dust mite-positive rate is highest,food allergen in the highest positive rate of shrimps and crabs. Conclusion The incidence of anapliylactoid purpura with a variety of allergens a certain degree of relevance,and in order to trigger the main food allergens,serum allergen-specific IgE testing may cause anaphylactoid purpura diagnosis and prevention of a reference.
