16排螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨16排螺旋CT血管成像技术（CTA）在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值。方法对28例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者行CTA扫描，采用曲面重建（CPR）、最大密度投影（MIP）、多平面重组（MPR）、容积再现（VR）进行综合分析。结果16排螺旋CT能准确显示夹层动脉瘤的真假腔、内膜片及破裂口位置、夹层的范围、主动脉及分支的受累情况。结论16排螺旋CT对主动脉夹层动脉瘤具有显著诊断价值，能快速、准确、无创诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤，可作为主动脉夹层动脉瘤的首选检查。

Value of 16-Slice Spiral CT Angiography in Diagnosis of Aortic Dissection

Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT angiograph in diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods Twen- ty-eight patients with aortic dissection underwent 16-slice spiral CT scanning,and curved plannar reformation（CPR）,maximum intensity projection （MIP）,multi-planar reformation （MPR） and volume rendering （VR） were analyzed. Results 16-slice Spiral CT can clearly and accurately showed true and false lumen,intimal flap,the location of upture and the aortic coverage,the situation of aorta and branch vessels. Conclusion Sixteen-slice spiral CT angiograph has significant value in diagnosis of aortic dissection,this examination method which is very apid,accurate,noninvasive diagnostic and can be used as the first choice for examination of aortic dissection.
