血浆抵抗素与人类肥胖、胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

目的探讨血浆抵抗素水平与人类肥胖、胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法检测80例2型糖尿病患者（T2DM组）和80例糖耐量正常者（对照组）的外周血抵抗素度，比较两组间的差异。分析抵抗素与体重指数（BMI）、腰臀比（wHR）和胰岛素抵抗性的相关性。结果T2DM组和对照组血浆抵抗素水平分别为（10．2±5．0）ng／mL和（6．4±2．3）ng／mL，T2DM组显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。抵抗素与BMI、WHR无显著相关性（P〉0．05），而与HOMA-1R呈正相关性（r=-0．25，P〈0．05）。结论2型糖尿病患者血浆抵抗素水平升高，抵抗素与胰岛素抵抗相关。

The Measurement of Plasma Resistin and Its Correlative Analysis with Obesity and Insulin Resistance

Objective To discuss the relationship of resistin with obesity and insulin resistance. Methods All 80 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients （T2DM group） and 80 subjects with normal glucose tolerance from normal physical examination（control group）. Each detection peripheral resistance element degrees, comparing the difference between two groups. Analysis with BMI, WHR resistance ele- ment and insulin resistance sexual correlation. Results High-risk T2DM group and control group plasma resistance element level which were （10.2＋5.0） ng/mL and （6.4＋2.3） ng/mL Significantly higher than the control group in high-risk T2DM group（P〈O.01）. Resis tance element and BMI, WHR were no significant correlation（P〉0.05）, but with homair of parturients（r=-0.25,P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes plasma resistance element leels, resist grain and insulin resistance related.
