无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的效果观察

目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例腹股沟疝患者随机分为对照组和观察组：对照组采用传统疝修补术治疗，观察组采用无张力疝修补术治疗：比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术后恢复时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术相比，手术时间短，术后患者恢复快，操作方便简单，无明显不良反应发生，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effect of no tension hernia repair in treatment of groin hernia:a clinical analysis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of no tension hernia repair inguinal hernia operation.Methods Sixty cases of groin hernia patients of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group use the traditional hernia repair of treatment,the observation group use no tension hernia repair of treatment,compared treatment effect and adverse reaction condition between the two groups.Results The observation group operation time postoperative,recovery time,significantly shorter than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05) in adverse reaction condition between in groups Conclusion No tension hernia repair operation compare with the traditional hernia operation,the time is short,the postoperative patients recover fast,convenient operation simple,no obvious adverse reaction,worth to application at clinical.
