2006～2012学年度珠海市集体儿童意外伤害态势及干预探讨

目的掌握珠海市集体儿童意外伤害的分布态势,探讨干预措施。方法分析本市托幼机构2006～2012学年度儿童意外伤害发生率、伤害类型和产生原因。结果全市集体儿童意外伤害总发生率有下降趋势。男生多发于女生,户外多发于户内,5岁组〉4岁组〉3岁组,P均〈0.01。碰撞/跌落（缝合）、骨折位居意外伤害前两位。结论 预防碰撞/跌落是集体儿童伤害干预的首要任务。骨折、眼耳损伤/异物、脱臼是伤害控制的主要类型,烫伤、走失及食物中毒不容忽视。集体儿童中4岁以上的男童是重点干预人群。

A discuss on distribution situation of accidental injuries collective children and intervention countermeasures in Zhuhai city during the academic years from 2006 to 2012

Objective To grasp distribution situation of collective child injury in Zhuhai city,to explore intervention measures.Methods Analyzed the city nurseries from 2006 to 2012 academic year childhood unintentional injury incidence,type of injury and the cause.Results Collective children＇s unintentional injuries in Zhuhai,there was a decrease trend in the total incidence boys more often in girls.Age of 543-year-old group.Multiple outdoors indoors.P all 0.01.Struck/Fall（suture）fractures among the first two digits of the the nurseries collective children＇s accidental injury.Conclusion Prevention of Struck/Fall（suture）damage to the child should be the primary task of intervention.Fractures,eye or ear damage from foreign body tamping,dislocation damage control,are the main risk types.Burns,loss,and food poisoning damage must not be allowed or ignored.The collective children greater than 4-year-old boy is focused interventions in the crowd.
