保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床对照研究

目的对比保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院2007年1月～2012年1月行保乳手术治疗的乳腺癌患者40例,设为观察组;另选择同期于我院行改良根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者36例为对照组,对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、美容效果及并发症情况进行比较分析。结果两组患者在手术时间,术中出血量、住院天数方面比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组40例患者的美容效果的优良率达90.0%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率12.5%(5/40),低于对照组36.1%(13/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌相比保乳手术更具优势,患者术后可以取得更好的美容效果,且疗效好并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical studies on breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of breast-conserving surgery and improved radical treatment of early breast cancer.Methods In our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012,breast-conserving surgery in breast cancer patients 40 cases were selected as the observation group,at the same period in our hospital underwent a modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in 36 patients established as control group,the application of statistical methods for the two groups of patients,the operation time,blood loss,hospital stay,cosmetic results and complications were compared and analyzed.Results The operative time,blood loss,hospital days between two groups with a significant difference（P 0.05）.Cosmetic results excellent rate of observation group was 90.0%,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.05）.The observation group complication rate was 12.5%（5/40）,was lower than the control group 36.1%（13/36）,the incidence of complications of the two groups was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Compared with modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer compared with breast-conserving surgery advantages,patients can obtain better cosmetic results,good efficacy and fewer complications,worthy of popularization and application.
