比亚芬与三黄膏对乳腺癌放疗患者放射性皮炎疗效对比

目的对比分析比亚芬与三黄膏治疗乳腺癌放射性皮炎的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将120例乳腺癌根治术或保乳术后行辅助性放疗后产生放射性皮炎的患者分为两组,对照组予以比亚芬软膏外涂,实验组予以三黄膏外涂,对比两组患者的愈合天数、3 d后创面大小和治疗14 d后效果。结果组间治疗后实验组的愈合天数明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组3 d后创面大小明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）;组内治疗3 d后创面大小明显小于治疗前（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗14 d后效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗后的不良反应与对照组无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论三黄膏对于乳腺癌术后放疗患者放射性皮炎的治疗效果明显优于比亚芬,且创面愈合时间短,病人所受痛苦小,更有利于放疗的进行,值得临床进一步推广应用。

The comparison of curative effects between Biyafinn and three yellow cream for patients with radioactive dermatitis after breast cancer radiotherapy

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Biyafinn and the three yellow cream treatment for patients with breast cancer radioactive dermatitis.Methods A total of 120 cases who had radioactive dermatitis after postoperative adjuvant radiation therapy for breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given Biyafinn;the experimental group was given the three yellow cream.Compared the healing days,the healing of wound size after three days and the treatment effect after 14 days.Results The healing days of the experimental group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P 0.05）;the healing of wound size after three days of the experimental group was significantly much smaller than the control group（P 0.05）;Within the group,the wound size was much smaller than 3 days before the treatment（P 0.05）;the treatment effect after 14 days of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P 0.05）.The untoward effect was similar between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of three yellow cream for the treatment of breast cancer patients with postoperative radio therapy radioactive dermatitis is superior to Biyafinn with the shorter wound healing time,less pain for patients and more conducive to radiation therapy,which is worth of further clinical application.
