运动锻炼疗法配合人参汤治疗慢性心力衰竭

摘    要:目的:探讨运动锻炼疗法配合人参汤治疗对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为2组,各30例,对照组予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加以运动锻炼疗法,治疗结束后观察2组心功能分级和 Lee 心衰积分。结果治疗后2组心功能分级均有所改善,治疗组改善明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后2组 Lee 心衰积分均有所改善,治疗组较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论运动锻炼疗法配合人参汤治疗慢性心力衰竭,能有效提高心肌收缩力,改善临床症状,改善心功能。

Influence of Ginseng soup therapy in patients with chronic heart failure with exercise therapy
Abstract:objective To investigate the effect of exercise therapy combined with Ginseng soup therapy in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods The 60 chronic heart failure patients in our hospital were selected,randomly di-vided into two groups,30 cases in each group,the control group received conventional drug treatment,the experimen-tal group to exercise therapy on the basis of drug treatment,after the end of treatment were observed in the two groups of heart function classification,Lee integral and heart failure readmission rate. Results The two groups after treat-ment in patients with cardiac functional grading are improved,but the experimental group was significantly better than the control group the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Integral Lee in group two patients improved after the treatment of heart failure,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Excess or insufficiency of ginseng soup with WenYun sun be the spirit,the effect of turbidity,take exercise therapy with ginseng decoction can effectively increase myocardial contraction force,improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure,better improve the cardiac function in pa-tients with chronic heart failure.
