开青龙锁配合脊痛汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的：观察开青龙锁配合脊痛汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将86例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成对照组及治疗组，各43例，对照组采取常规推拿手法配合牵引治疗，治疗组采用开青龙锁并配合脊痛汤加减治疗，10 d 后对比2组治疗前后田中靖久20分颈椎病评分量表、简化 McGill 疼痛问卷（SF-MPQ）得分以及总体疗效。结果2组治疗后田中靖久20分颈椎病评分、SF-MPQ 得分较治疗前均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05或 P ＜0.01），且治疗组除工作生活能力及手的功能外，其他方面得分均明显优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率93.02％优于对照组74.42％（P ＜0.05）。结论开青龙锁配合脊痛汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病，能加速血液循环，促进神经根周围无菌性炎症的吸收，减轻疼痛。

Treatment combined with Kaiqinglongsuo therapy and Jitong decoction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

objective To observe the clinical effects of Kaiqinglongsuo therapy combined with Jitong decoction plus-minus for patients with CSR. Methods The 86 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group, each 43 cases. The patients in control group were treated by regular naprapathy and traction treatment,while the pa-tients in treatment group were treated by the combination of Kaiqinglongsuo therapy and Jitong decoction. After being treated for 10 days,the patients were compared by scores they get from Tanaka Jing Long’s 20 points of Cervical Ver-tebra Disease Rating Scale,the SF-MPQ and overall clinical efficacy. Results The scores of Tanaka Jing Long’s 20 points of Cervical Vertebra Disease Rating Scale and SF-MPQ and total scores were different between two groups be-fore and after treatment(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Furthermore,the efficacy of treatment group is much better than control group except work and life ability and the function of hands(P < 0. 05). Treatment group total effectiveness rate was 93. 02% ,and 74. 42% in control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of combination of Kaiqin-glongsuo therapy and Jitong decoction is better than regular naprapathy and traction treatment on CSR,can accelerate the blood circulation,promote the absorption of aseptic inflammation around nerve root,alleviate the pain.
