| 摘 要： | 目的 观察火针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效.方法 将60例肱骨外上髁炎的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用火针疗法治疗,对照组采用普通针刺方法治疗.结果 治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%(P<0.05),2组治后的VAS评分、肘部压痛积分均存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 火针疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎,能温通经脉,使气血运行顺畅,通则不痛.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needle in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods 60 cases of external humeral epicondylitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with fire needle therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis, the control group treated with common acupuncture method. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fire needle in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis can warm and clear meridians, smooth the qi and blood, and relieve pain. |
