| 摘 要： | 近年来对气虚血瘀型脑缺血再灌注损伤的拮抗机制进行研究发现,中药复方与针刺等中医药治疗方法 能够通过对神经组织的保护并促神经血管再生、抑制细胞凋亡、控制炎症反应等方面发挥了对脑缺血再灌注损伤的拮抗作用.治疗应针对气虚血瘀证型制定益气活血法的治疗原则,以补气生血,平衡阴阳,通利血脉为主要治法.

| Abstract: | Antagonistic mechanism of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in recent years was reviewed. It was found that traditional Chinese medicine compound and acupuncture plays an antagonistic role in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury through protecting nerve tissue and promoting neurovascular regeneration, inhibiting cell apoptosis, controlling inflammatory reaction. The principle of treatment is to invigorate qi and activate blood according to the characteristics of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The main treatment is the balance of yin and yang, tonifying qi and blood and promoting blood circulation. |
