捏脊刺四缝穴结合口服药物治疗小儿厌食脾虚型

目的 观察捏脊刺四缝穴结合口服药物治疗小儿厌食(脾虚型)的疗效.方法 采用随机对照研究方法,选取厌食(脾虚食积型)患儿113例,随机分为甲组31例,采用捏脊刺四缝穴配合口服药物疗法,乙组35例,只采用捏脊刺四缝穴疗法,丙组47例,只采用口服药物疗法,2周后观察3组疗效.结果 甲组总有效率96.78%,优于乙组的88.57%和丙组的76.60%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 捏脊刺四缝穴结合口服药物治疗小儿厌食(脾虚型)短期疗效显著,且疗效优于单一方法治疗.

Chiropractic and Sifeng (EX-UE 10) of acupuncture combined with oral medicine in the treatment of infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency type

Objective To observe the effect of chiropractic and Sifeng (EX-UE 10) of acupuncture combined with oral medicine for treating infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency type. Methods A randomized controlled study, 113 children of anorexia (spleen deficiency type) were randomly divided into A group of 31 cases treating with chiropractic and Sifeng (EX-UE 10) combined with oral medicine therapy and B group of 35 patients using only chiropractic therapy and Sifeng (EX-UE 10) and C group of 47 patients treating with oral medicine therapy. After two weeks, to observe the efficacy of the three groups. Results The total efficiency of A group is better than the other two groups; The total effective rates of group A, B and C were 96.78%, 88.57%, 76.60%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion chiropractic and Sifeng (EX-UE 10) of acupuncture combined with oral medicine in the treatment of infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency type have a significant short-term efficacy, and the curative effect is better than single treatment.
