摘    要:目的建立改善睡眠口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对酒制五味子及红参进行薄层鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定五味子醇甲的含量,紫外分光光度法测定人参总皂苷的含量;同时对p H值、相对密度等进行检查。结果薄层鉴别斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;五味子醇甲在浓度为0.180 2-0.485 6 mg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.19%;总皂苷在浓度为0.080 8-0.242 4 mg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.35%。结论本方法简便可行,灵敏度高,可用于改善睡眠口服液的质量控制。

Quality control of oral liquid for improvement of sleep

Abstract:Objectlve To establish the quality standard for Oral Liquid for improvement of sleep. Methods TLC was used for qualitative identification of Fmctus Schisandrae of steaming with wine and Red Ginseng; the content of Schisandrin was determined by HPLC ; the content of total saponins was determined by UV; the relative density and pH value were measured. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference by the blank reference; schisandrin showed a good linear re- lationship at the range of 0. 180 2 - 0.485 6 mg/mL, the average recovery was 100.19 %. Total saponins showed a good lin- ear relationship at the range of 0. 080 8 -0. 242 4 mg/mL, the average recovery was 101.35 %. Conclusion This estab- lished quality control method was simple, feasible and high sensitivity, specific and reproducible, which could be applied to quality assessment of Oral Liquid for improvement of sleep.
