350例帕金森病患者中医证候特点分析

目的对350例帕金森病患者的中医证机要素及证型进行分析,为中医药辨证治疗提供参考。方法采用临床流行病学方法及数理统计方法,对帕金森病患者中医证候证机要素及证型进行分析,总结并归纳证机要素及证型分布特点。结果 8种证机要素一共出现1 487频次,其中风、阴虚、气虚3种证机要素所占比例最多,分别为22.33%,21.56%,20.58%,且在各期所占比例相对稳定。五种证型共出现447频次,出现频次最多的证型为肝肾阴虚型135次(30.2%),其次为气血两虚,阴阳两虚,痰热动风,血瘀动风。结论阴虚、气虚及风是帕金森病的关键证机要素,肝肾不足是帕金森病发病基础。

Analysis of Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics of 350 cases of Parkinson's disease

Objective Analyzing the syndrome elements and type of 350 cases of Parkinson's disease, to provide reference for Chinese medicine differential treatment. Methods Applying clinical epidemiological methods and mathematical statistics and analyzing the syndrome elements and type, to summarize the distribution characteristics of syndrome elements and type. Results There are 1 487 frequency of eight kinds of syndrome elements, and the top three proportion of relatively stable are wind,yin deficiency and qi deficiency,respectively,22.33%,21.56%,20.58%. There are 447 frequency of five kinds of syndrome type,and the most is liver-kidney yin deficiency,totally 135 times (30.2%), followed by qi-blood deficiency,yin-yang concurrent deficiency, stirring wind due to phlegma-heat and stirring wind due to blood stasis.Conclusion Yi n deficiency,q i deficiency and wind are the key syndrome elements and liver-kidney yin deficiency is the basement of disease.
