清咽化痰汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性咽炎

目的观察清咽化痰汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效,分析其对患者精神状态的影响。方法选取本院收治的慢性咽炎患者96例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各48例,对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合清咽化痰汤治疗,同时2组治疗期间均辅以优质护理干预并连续治疗1个月。统计2组临床疗效,观察并比较治疗前后2组主要症状体征积分、血清炎性因子水平以及2组治疗前后精神状态。结果治疗组临床总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的68.75%(P0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组主要中医症状体征积分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组血清TNF-α水平降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P0.05);2组血清IL-2水平升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组SAS及SDS评分均降低(P0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P0.01)。结论优质护理干预下清咽化痰汤联合布地奈德,更有效缓解慢性咽炎临床症状,抑制机体炎性反应,并改善患者精神状态。

Qingyan Huatan decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis

Objective The curative effect analysis of Qingyan Huatan decoction combined with budesonide under the high quality nursing in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis and the influence on mental state. Methods 96 cases chronic pharyngitis patients in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group (n=48) and control group (n=48), control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation, treatment group was treated with Qingyan Huatan decoction on the basis of control group, 2 groups were assisted high quality nursing during treatment and treated for 1 month continuously. Statisticsed the clinical efficacy of 2 groups, detected and compared the main symptoms and signs integral, serum inflammatory factors levels of 2 groups before and after treatment; evaluated and compared the mental state of 2 groups before and after treatment. Results The total clinical efficacy of treatment group was 95.83%, which was higher than 68.75% of control group (P<0.01); Compared with before treatment, the main symptoms and signs integral of 2 groups decreased after treatment, and treatment group was lower than control group (P< 0.05); Compared with before treatment, the serum TNF-α levels of 2 groups decreased after treatment, and treatment group was lower than control group (P < 0.05); The serum IL-2 levels of 2 groups increased after treatment, and treatment group was higher than control group (P< 0.05); Compared with before treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of 2 groups decreased (P< 0.05), and treatment group was lower than control group (P< 0.01).Conclusion Qingyan Huatan decoction combined with budesonide under the high quality nursing can be more effectively remit the clinical symptoms of chronic pharyngitis patients, inhibit the infl ammatory reaction, improve the mental state of patients, the clinical efficacy enhance significatly.
