刘文峰教授对糖尿病肾病中医病机之探析

刘文峰教授认为,糖尿病肾病是糖尿病久病之变,其病机可谓是正虚为本,邪实为标,虚实相兼,寒热错杂。虚以脾肾气虚为要,肾气亏虚为本,实则为瘀血、痰浊、痰瘀交阻、邪热浊毒。其机制为因虚致实,又因实致虚,虚实相因,相兼为患,损伤肾脏,使其气化、固摄功能失常,终至肾关开阖失常。其病机演变虽言错综复杂,但寻其规、抓其要,可用＂虚、瘀、痰（湿）、热＂4个字予以概括。
