Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡致复发性流产的机制及治疗

Mechanism and treatment of the recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by Th1/Th2 cytokine imbalance

The pathogenetic mechanism of recurrent spontaneous abortion was complex. In recent years, its relationship with Th1/Th2 cytokine imbalance has become hot. The over expression of Thl type cytokines had cytotoxic effects on trophoblast cells and the formation of immune injury, which directly or indirectly affected the implantation and development embryos. While the inmaune tolerance role of Th2 type cytokines in maintaining matemal fetal interface was suppressed, this led to pregnancy loss. The balanced shifting from Th1/Th2 type cytokine to Thl had a close relationship with recurrent spontaneous abortion. The main western medicine therapy in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion was active and passive immunotherapy;while in traditional Chinese medicine, whole recuperation and dialectical therapy were emphasized, which can regulate the immune function of human body bilaterally. Thus the risk of treatment and reverse reactions were reduced.
