中西医结合治疗脑出血急性期30例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察活血通腑方治疗脑出血急性期的临床疗效。方法将60例脑出血急性期患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。对照组采用西药综合治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟活血通腑方治疗。15d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,2组临床疗效比较有显著性差异;治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损程度积分改善程度明显优于对照组。结论活血通腑方配合西医常规治疗对脑出血急性期有较好的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Huoxuetongfu Formula on cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase. Method All patients with cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase (n=60) were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and control group (n= 30). The control group was treated with the synthesis therapy of Western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with selfmade Huoxuetongfu Formula based on the same treatment as the control group. A therapeutic course was 15 days. Result The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group. There was a significant difference in the curative effect between two groups. The improvement of the neurological functional deficit score was much better in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusion Huoxuetongfu Formula accompanied by Western routine treatment has a reliable curative effect on cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase.
