运动疗法治疗康复期颈椎病30例疗效观察

目的 观察运动疗法对康复期颈椎病的治疗效果.方法将60例康复期颈椎病患者随机分为2组,每组30例.治疗组采用运动疗法,包括悬吊运动疗法(SET)、颈部肌肉主动功能训练、颈椎功能测试与训练系统(MCU)肌力训练、传统功法训练,对照组采用单纯推拿手法治疗,均经过4周治疗,对2组治疗效果进行比较,并以颈椎功能测试与训练系统(MCU)进行治疗前后的颈椎功能检测比较.结果颈椎左右侧侧屈、前屈和后伸MCU力量治疗组治疗前后比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05),且治疗组与对照组比较,其差异也有统计学意义,治疗组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05).随访3个月后治疗组复发率为3.33%,对照组为13.33%,治疗组低于对照组.治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为86.67%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论运动疗法可提高患者的颈椎功能,减低复发率,远期疗效优于单纯推拿手法.

Treatment of reconvalescent cervical spondylosis with kinesitherapy in 30 cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of kinesitherapy on reconvalescent cervical spondylosis.Methods The patients(n =60) with reconvalescent cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups(each n =30).Treatment group was treated with kinesitherapy including suspension exercise therapy(SET),active function training of neck muscles,muscle strength training of multi-cervical-unit system(MCU) and traditional exercise training,and control group was treated with only tuina.The curative effect was compared between two groups after 4-week treatment,and the cervical function was tested and compared based on MCU before and after the treatment.Results The strength of MCU in cervical lateroflexion to the left and right,forward bending and backward extension had statistical difference in treatment groups before and after the treatment(P <0.05) and the comparison between two groups showed the difference being statistically significant.The results was better in treatment group than those in control group(P <0.05).The recurrent rate was 3.33% in treatment group and 13.33% in control group after 3-month follow-up.The total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 86.67% in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Kinesitherapy can improve cervical function,reduce the recurrent rate and has a better long-term curative effect than tuina.
