不同插管深度中药保留灌肠对盆腔炎性疾病止痛效果的影响

目的:观察不同插管深度中药保留灌肠对盆腔炎性疾病止痛疗效的影响.方法 将127例盆腔炎性疾病患者随机分为2组,均采用口服中药与中药保留灌肠的治疗方案,2组采用不同的插管深度,Ⅰ组(61例)10~15 cm,Ⅱ(66例)组25~30 cm.观察并记录灌肠中药在肠内的保留时间及疼痛缓解程度,运用症状分级法评定止痛效果.结果 Ⅰ组灌肠液平均保留时间为(4.3±2.0)h;Ⅱ组平均保留时间为(6.2±1.6)h.2组比较,具有极显著性差异(P＜0.01),灌肠保留时间Ⅱ组明显长于Ⅰ组.止痛疗效总有效率Ⅰ组为75.41%,Ⅱ组为89.39%,Ⅱ组优于Ⅰ组(P＜0.05).结论 中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病插管到结肠能明显缓解疼痛症状.

Influence of retention enema with Chinese medicinal with different cannula depth on analgesic effect intreatment of inflammatory pelvic disease

Objective To observe the influence of retention enema with Chinese medicinal with differnt cannula depth on analgesic effect in treatment of inflammatory pelvic disease.Methods All patients(n=127) were randomly divided into two groups and given therapies of oral Chinese medicinal and retention enema with Chinese medicinal,but the cannula depth was different,i.e.in group I(n=61),the depth was 10 cm to 15 cm,and in group II(observed25and to 30 cm.The retention time of Chinese medicinal in colon and degree changes of pain were n=66),average retention time was(4.3±2.0) h in group I and(6.2±1.6) h in group II and the difference was greatly cmrecorded,and the analgesic effect was assessed by using symptom grading method.Results The significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of analgesic effect was 75.41% in group I and 89.39% in group II(P< 0.05).Conclusion The retention enema with Chinese medicinal in colon can significantly relieve pain of inflammatory pelvic disease.
