加强创新基地建设,促进专业学位研究生教育发展

我国研究生教育正处于从以培养学术型人才为主向以培养应用型人才(专业学位研究生)为主转变的关键时期,创新基地的建设解决了转变过程中最大的难题--研究生实习基地的问题.针对目前研究生教育创新基地存在的重申报、轻建设,产学研结合不够紧密和运行模式不清晰等问题,提出成立创新基地领导小组、开展实质性的合作,改革研究生培养模式、促进产学研联合培养,发挥创新基地示范辐射作用、进一步扩大基地范围和做好中期评估检查等加强创新基地建设、促进专业学位研究生教育发展的相关措施.

Strengthening innovation base construction, improving development of professional postgraduate education

The postgraduate education is in an important period from training academic talents transiting to training applicative ones(postgraduates of professional degree).The construction of innovation base has resolved the biggest problem in the transiting process:practice base of postgraduate education.Aiming at the problems in the innovation base of postgraduate education,the paper suggested some relative measures,including setting up leading group,improving substantial cooperation,reforming training mode,promoting production-learning-research combination,playing fully diffusive role of innovation base,enlarging base range,doing well in mid-term evaluation and propelling the development of professional postgraduate education.
