| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中医辨证治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效.方法 对76例符合诊断标准的患者依据四诊所得辨证分为4型(肝郁脾虚、气滞肠涩、脾虚湿困和脾肾阳虚),予中药治疗.结果 除脾肾阳虚型外,其他三型均有较为满意的临床疗效.结论 辨证分型治疗是目前治疗IBS较好的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinic effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) .Method The patients(n=76) ,accorded with diagnostic standard,were classified into 4 syndrome types(syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,qi and intestinal stagnation,dampness encumbering spleen due to deficiency,or insufficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang) on the base of four diagnostic methods.Result Except the syndrome of insufficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang the other three types had satisfactory clinical effects.Conclusion The treatment through syndrome differentiation and classification is a good therapy for IBS. |
