桂枝芍药知母汤治疗早期类风湿性关节炎50例

目的观察桂枝芍药知母汤对类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效.方法将100例早期类风湿性关节炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例予桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗,对照组50例予芬必得加甲氨蝶呤治疗.分别观察治疗前后临床症状、体征以及理化检查结果的变化.结果总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为78.00%,关节疼痛总数和关节疼痛度、关节肿胀数和关节肿胀度及晨僵时间等观察指标的改善,治疗组明显优于对照组.结论桂枝芍药知母汤对早期类风湿性关节炎属于寒热错杂者具有较好疗效.

Treatment of 50 Cases of Early Rheumatoid Arthritis with Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction

Objective To observe the curative effect of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis. Method The patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group (each n=50). The treatment group was treated with Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction and the control group was given Fenbid and methotrexate. The clinical symptoms, physical signs and examination outcomes of the patients in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00% and that of the control group was 78.00%. Some indexes, like arthralgia total, arthralgia degree, arthrophyma total, arthrophyma degree and morning stiffness duration in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction has a better curative effect on early rheumatoid arthritis with mixture syndrome of cold and heat.
