针刺刺激客观化测量的技术与方法概述简

针刺刺激客观化测量包括针刺操作（针灸针的运动形式、力度等）的客观化测量和机体（腧穴）对针刺刺激反应的客观化测量，是循证针灸学的一个关键环节，有助于针灸教学、临床和科研。针刺手法的客观化测量是一直以来针灸研究的难点问题。美国科学家近年研发的针刺传感器（acusensor）可以测量针刺人体腧穴时的手法信息，获得提插、捻转的数据与曲线；国内学者研发的针刺手法参数测定仪ATP-1及SYF-1可以测量提插、捻转和摆动，还有助于测量复合针灸手法，但针刺需要在传感器上进行。在机体（腧穴）针刺反应测量方面，简要介绍了针刺局部超声检测和功能性磁共振检测。由于不同的测量方法有各自的特点，对针刺刺激客观化测量的技术与方法的现状了进行概述。

Technology and methods for objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation

The objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation include the objectively measuring acupuncture manipulations （modes of motion and dynamics of needle） and reactions of body （acupoints） to acupuncture stimulation. These measurements are one key link in evidence-based acupuncture-moxibustion science and is benefit to the teaching, clinical practice and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion. But the objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation have been a difficult issue in acupuncture study all the time. The acusensor developed by scientists of USA can measure manipulation information during needling acupoints and obtain the data and curves of lifting and thrusting and twirling. The determinators of manipulation parameters （ATP-1 and SYF-1） developed by domestic scientists can measure the manipulations of lifting and thrusting, twirling and swing, and complex manipulations, but these measures can only be carried out in sensors. About the measurement of reactions of body （acupoints） to acupuncture, the paper briefly introduced the ultrasound examination for local acupuncture and functional magnetic resonance imaging.
