| 摘 要： | 目的研究恒前牙形态特征并分析各项特征指标间的相互关系，为临床治疗提供依据。方法采用游标卡尺测量各牙住牙齿的冠长、根长、牙长、冠宽、冠厚、颈宽和颈厚；采用SPSS软件分析各指标间的相关性。结果获得了我国成人前牙的解剖外形数据；牙齿的冠长和根长与牙长之间分别存在着相关性；冠长和根长二者之间无相关性，其余指标之间不同程度的存在着相关性；上颌中切牙的短根牙比例相当高。结论成人不同前牙具有独特的解剖形态，可为牙体牙髓疾病的临床诊治提供牙体解剖形态依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the morphologic characteristics of Chinese permanent anterior teeth and to analyze the correlation between different indexes.Methods The Grown Length,Root Length,Tooth Length,Grown Width,Crown Thickness,Cervix Length and Cervix Thickness were measured with a vernier caliper and SPSS software was adopted for analyzing correlation between different indexes.Results The data about the extemal morphology were collected;the Tooth Lerngth correlated with the Crown Length and the Root Length;There was no correlation between the Crown Length and the Root Length,there was correlation between other indexes;The rate of short root was high in maxillary central incisors.Conclusion This study provided anatomical basis for clinical work;and further study was needed. |
